This piece tells the story of the Elf Cyborg Alien.

"I am a humanoid orphan alien raised by human parents. Throughout growing up, I am shaped by the trials I go through, as I rediscover my inner child. Instigated by longing for a home, we embark on travel through darkness, on roads paved with melancholy, alienation and abandonment l experienced in the human world - through that shedding the face constructed by the society I am not at home with. In all this darkness and from a place of vulnerability, I find a light in me and nourish it, to help me grow into a new kind of being - an elf cyborg alien - a hybrid of my alien nature and human experiences. I have taken up the essence from all the stations I have been on on this journey, dissecting old from new tissue to call in the new world as this higher being."
